A short guide to locating credentials in the tools you want to connect — and what to do if you can't find them.
An API key is a long string of characters that lets RevPrism read your data on your behalf — think of it as a read-only password you generate inside your existing pricing tool or PMS.
You generate it once in your vendor's account, paste it into RevPrism, and we use it to fetch your properties, bookings, and rates whenever you ask a question. RevPrism uses read-only access — it can never change your rates, create bookings, or modify anything in your accounts.
API keys are encrypted at rest and in transit, never shared, and never used to train AI models. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your settings page.
Sign in to PriceLabs, open the account menu (top-right), and look for Account Settings → API. Generate a new key, copy it, then paste it into RevPrism.
PriceLabs API access is included with most paid PriceLabs plans. If you don't see the API option, check that your plan supports it or contact PriceLabs support.
PriceLabs API documentationWheelhouse API access is provisioned by their team. Sign in to Wheelhouse and reach out to your account manager (or Wheelhouse support) to request API credentials. Once issued, paste the key into RevPrism.
If you're not sure who your account manager is, the support contact on Wheelhouse's site will route you to the right person.
Wheelhouse supportGuesty uses OAuth2, so you'll generate two values: a Client ID and a Client Secret. Find them inside Guesty under Integrations → API (or ask your Guesty account manager to enable API access if you don't see the option).
Guesty API access typically requires a Pro plan with API access enabled. If your plan doesn't include it, your Guesty account manager can confirm options.
Guesty API documentationSign in to Hostaway and go to Settings → Hostaway API. Create a new API key — Hostaway will show you both an Account ID and a Client Secret. Copy both, then paste them into RevPrism.
Save the Client Secret somewhere safe when it's first generated — Hostaway only shows it once.
Hostaway API documentationSign in to OwnerRez and go to Settings → API → Personal Access Tokens. Create a new token (it'll start with pt_) and copy it. Paste your account email and the token into RevPrism.
Sign in to Lodgify and go to Settings → Public API. Generate or copy your API key and paste it into RevPrism.
The Public API is available on Lodgify's higher-tier plans. If the option isn't showing, your plan may not include it yet.
Lodgify API documentationSign in to Resly and go to Settings → API. You'll find your Account ID and can generate an API Key. Copy both values and paste them into RevPrism.
Resly is an Australian-native PMS. API access is available to all Resly account holders — no premium plan required.
Resly API documentationVendors update their dashboards from time to time, so menu names and locations can shift. If a step above doesn't match what you're seeing, the vendor's own help docs (linked on each card) will always have the most current version.
If you've checked there and still can't find your key, send us a quick note at hello@revprism.ai — we help every new customer get connected and we're happy to walk through it with you. If your tool isn't listed above and you'd like us to support it, let us know and we'll add it to the roadmap.
Connecting takes about a minute per tool. The more you connect, the more powerful RevPrism becomes — every integration is included in your subscription.
