Our story

We built RevPrism because no one else would.

Every STR operator runs multiple tools. None of those tools talk to each other. We thought that was a problem worth solving.

The problem we kept seeing.

If you manage short-term rentals, you already know the drill. Your reservations live in one system. Your pricing lives in another. Your revenue data is scattered across dashboards that were never designed to work together.

When you want to answer a simple question — "Which property underperformed last month, and was it a pricing problem or an occupancy problem?" — you end up exporting data from two platforms, pasting it into a spreadsheet, and spending an hour building the comparison yourself.

That's not analysis. That's data entry. And the irony is that the tools you're paying for already have all the data. They just won't share it with each other.

The silo problem is structural.

Your PMS vendor is building AI features. Your pricing tool vendor is building AI features. But each one can only see its own data. PriceLabs can't tell you about your Guesty reservations. Guesty can't tell you about your PriceLabs rates. They're not broken — they're just isolated by design.

This isn't going to fix itself. Each platform is commercially incentivised to keep intelligence within its own walls. The cross-platform gap is structural, not accidental.

Your pricing tool
Rates, market data, adjustments, min/max prices, demand signals

So we built the layer that connects them.

RevPrism sits between your tools — not inside any of them. It connects to your PMS and your pricing tool simultaneously and lets you ask questions across both in plain English.

"How did my beachfront property perform last quarter compared to the mountain cabin, and are the rates PriceLabs is setting for next month reasonable?"

That question touches reservations, revenue, occupancy, and forward pricing. It spans two platforms. No single tool in your stack can answer it. RevPrism can, because it reads from both.

We didn't build another dashboard. We didn't build another PMS. We built the intelligence layer that your existing stack is missing — the thing that turns disconnected data into answers you can act on.

What we believe.

1

Your tools should work together, not compete.

You chose your PMS and pricing tool for good reasons. RevPrism makes them more valuable by connecting the intelligence between them — without asking you to switch anything.

2

Operators shouldn't need to be data analysts.

You should be able to ask a question about your business in the same words you'd use talking to a colleague and get a straight answer backed by real data.

3

One price. Everything included.

Every tool you connect to RevPrism is included in a single per-property price. No per-integration fees. No feature gates. The more you connect, the more powerful it gets — at no extra cost.

4

Intelligence you own, not rent.

If you leave your PMS tomorrow, their AI goes with it. RevPrism follows your stack. Switch from Guesty to Hostaway, and your intelligence layer stays — because it was never locked to one platform.

A few details.

Built in Australia
Independent and bootstrapped. No VC, no outside investors, no platform allegiances.
Launched 2026
Built during the year every STR platform shipped AI — all siloed within their own walls.
Global from day one
Works with operators and properties anywhere in the world. Multi-currency, multi-timezone.

Where we are right now.

RevPrism is early. We're in beta, actively onboarding our first operators, and building in the open. The product works — you can connect your tools and start asking questions today — but we're iterating fast based on real operator feedback.

We currently support PriceLabs and Wheelhouse for pricing, and Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, and Lodgify for property management. More integrations are coming based on what operators ask for.

If you're the kind of operator who wants to shape a product from the ground up rather than adopt something polished and generic, this is a good time to get involved.
