Comparison

Guesty Copilot only sees Guesty. RevPrism sees your whole stack.

Guesty Copilot launched in early 2026 with AI-powered insights across your Guesty data. But if you also use PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or a different PMS, Copilot can't see any of it. RevPrism connects everything in one conversation.

Same question. Different data access.

The most useful portfolio questions need data from more than one tool. Here's where the gap shows up.

Guesty Copilot

"Is my pricing tool syncing correctly?"

"I can see your reservation and pricing data within Guesty. For PriceLabs-specific sync status, please check your PriceLabs dashboard directly."

Copilot can only see the Guesty side. It doesn't know what PriceLabs recommended or whether rates actually synced.

RevPrism

"Is my pricing tool syncing correctly?"

"PriceLabs rates are syncing for 11 of 12 properties. Mountain Lodge shows a $55 gap: PriceLabs recommends $340 but Guesty has $285. This mismatch has persisted for 3 days. All other properties are within $5."

RevPrism reads both systems and tells you exactly where the mismatch is.

Guesty Copilot

"Which listings are underpriced for next month?"

"Based on your Guesty booking data, here are your listings with below-average nightly rates compared to your portfolio..."

Compares listings to each other. Doesn't know what the market or your pricing tool recommends.

RevPrism

"Which listings are underpriced for next month?"

"3 listings are priced below PriceLabs' market-adjusted recommendations for July: Coastal Villa ($225 vs $290 recommended), Downtown Apt ($165 vs $210), Lakeside Cabin ($195 vs $245). The gap is widest on weekends."

Cross-references your actual booked rates against what the market data says you should be charging.

The core difference

Why this isn't just a feature gap.

Guesty Copilot is a good product for what it does. The limitation isn't quality or execution. It's structural: Guesty competes with PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, and every other PMS. They will never connect to tools they compete with.

Guesty competes with other PMS platforms. Copilot won't integrate with OwnerRez, Hostaway, or Lodgify data. If you switch PMS, you lose everything.
Guesty doesn't own pricing. Most Guesty users also use PriceLabs or Wheelhouse. Copilot can't read that data, so the cross-tool revenue questions go unanswered.
RevPrism has no competing product. We don't offer a PMS or a pricing tool. We connect to them. That's why we can integrate with everyone and play favourites with nobody.

This is why RevPrism exists. The most valuable portfolio questions need data from multiple tools. A vendor-locked AI can never answer them, no matter how good the AI gets, because the problem isn't intelligence. It's access.

Being honest

When Guesty Copilot is the right choice.

If your entire operation runs inside Guesty and you don't use a separate pricing tool, Copilot is built for you. Use it when:

All your data lives in Guesty and you use Guesty's built-in pricing
You need Guesty-specific operational insights like task management or guest communication analytics
You want AI tightly integrated into the Guesty interface you already work in

Your data lives in multiple tools. Your AI should too.

RevPrism connects to PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Guesty, OwnerRez, Hostaway, Lodgify, and Resly. One conversation across your entire stack.
