Terms of Service
RevPrism is operated by RevPrism. By using RevPrism, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a RevPrism account or using any part of the RevPrism service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
If you are using RevPrism on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of service
RevPrism is a conversational AI platform that connects to your short-term rental management tools — including pricing platforms (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse) and property management systems (Guesty, Hostaway) — to allow you to query your rental portfolio data through natural language conversation.
The service is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Responses are generated by an AI and are intended to assist your decision-making, not to replace professional financial, legal, or business advice.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use RevPrism. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately at hello@revprism.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a RevPrism account.
4. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to the features of the Starter plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.
At the end of your trial period, your account will be downgraded to a read-only state unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial usage data and conversation history are retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Plans and pricing. RevPrism offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Portfolio) as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.
Refunds. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all payments. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@revprism.ai within 14 days of any charge for a full refund. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Usage limits. Each plan includes a monthly token usage limit. If your usage approaches or reaches the limit, the service will notify you. Usage does not roll over between billing periods.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
6. Your API credentials and data
When you connect third-party services to RevPrism, you provide API credentials or access tokens for those services. You represent that:
- You are authorised to use those credentials and to grant RevPrism access to the connected services on your behalf
- Your use of connected services through RevPrism complies with those services' own terms of service
You retain full ownership of your rental portfolio data and conversation history. RevPrism does not claim any rights to your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@revprism.ai.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RevPrism to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to RevPrism's systems or another user's account
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Use automated scripts to access the service in a manner that exceeds normal usage or places undue load on our infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
- Use the service to generate content that is false, misleading, or designed to deceive
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
8. AI-generated content
RevPrism's responses are generated by an AI system and are based on data retrieved from your connected integrations. While we strive for accuracy:
- AI responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
- Responses should not be relied upon as the sole basis for significant financial or business decisions
- RevPrism is not a licensed financial adviser. Nothing in the service constitutes financial advice
You are responsible for verifying any information provided by RevPrism before acting on it.
9. Intellectual property
RevPrism and all associated software, design, copy, and branding are owned by RevPrism and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you input into RevPrism. By using the service, you grant RevPrism a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep RevPrism available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevPrism's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid to RevPrism in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These limitations do not apply where they would be unlawful under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
12. Termination
You may stop using RevPrism and close your account at any time by contacting hello@revprism.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe continued access would cause harm.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of RevPrism after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the service and close your account before the effective date.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of RevPrism.
